Today for the first time in 25 years i tried my first banana. Thats right the first. Even when i was little i wouldn't go for the yellow moon shape marshmallows in the lucky charms box, that is how phobic i was of bananas and banana flavor. Ask i looked at my piece of banana, i thought to myself, I can do this. I can do this. I did it. My first reaction was that the texture was very very smooth, not crunchy, no weird textures, and the taste was very mild. The smell was great. I didnt however like the fact that its very squishy. I could see how bananas can be a acquired taste.
